Services that provide more than one medical discipline in a comprehensive contract requirement. Examples include DoD TRICARE Contracts and VA Community Care Contracts.

Excludes

Services that focus on one specific discipline or more than one discipline that are not part of a contract for comprehensive managed care services. For those services, select the specific code related to the specific discipline. If more than one discipline is being provided, choose the code that represents the preponderance of spend. For specific services for which no code is provided choose the hierarchical code such as Internal Medicine or Surgery.
