(11) Requires the Government to accept supplier security requirements, network access requirements, monitoring, penetration testing, or other technical or security measures. Description - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0102 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a contractor to provide Barriers System, Access control & Intercom Service & Maintenance at El Portal & Catalina. El Portal will have gates barriers and Catalina has gates barrier system with sliding motorized sliding gate fence. La Coca check point has local barriers system. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210 The small business size standard is $19.0 mil. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Statement of Requirement The requirement is for the contractor to provide Active Vehicle Barriers System, Access Control & Intercom (Maintenance and Repairs services) on El Yunque National Forest (EYNF) at the following locations: The El Portal & Catalina is at the U.S. Forest Service, Southern Region, El Yunque National Forest in Rio Grande, Road 191 at el Portal Visitor center parking area on Rio Grande, P. R. 00721. Approximated coordinates location area is at: 18°20'18.70" N, -65°45' 46.85" W. La Coca check point La Coca Check Point approximated coordinates location area is at: 18°19'07.96" N, -65°46' 15.90" W, with an elevation of 1470 ft from sea level.
