On September 1, 2026, amendment 0001 to solicitation 1240LT26Q0107 - GAOA LDV Crystal Lakes Water & Septic Resuscitation at Pikes National Forest has been posted to SAM.gov and accomplished the following: 1. Post RFI questions and answers labeled C05a RFI QA 1240LT26Q0107. 2. Post pre-bid sign in sheet labeled C05b Site Visit 2026.08.19. This SF30 must be acknowledged and submitted with your proposal. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** This project involves installing a new 2-inch HDPE waterline beneath Colorado Highway 24, including completing all Subsurface Utility Engineering required for CDOT permitting. Work includes connecting the new waterline from Dwelling 1 to the existing distribution system, replacing the well pump to provide a 15 GPM supply, installing a dual-stage booster pump and basement water storage, and performing associated electrical upgrades such as relocating meters, burying service lines, upgrading panels, and supporting septic and booster pump systems. The project also replaces multiple septic systems serving the Blue House, Brown House, Bunkhouse, and Shop, installs new sewer and dosing infrastructure, and includes asphalt removal along with new road and gate installation.
