This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12441926Q0041 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Foundation Repair. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238190 The small business size standard is $19 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. This project is at the Sea Vegetable Research, 2700 Savannah Highway, Charleston SC 29414. Driving Directions can be obtained by calling the POC Ryan Rodriguez at 907-750-3747 For additional information, Offerer's should review the solicitation and attachments in their entirety. There will be one (1) site visit on 08 September 2026 at 1000am EST. The location 2700 Savannah Highway, Charleston SC 29414. The POC is Ryan Rodriguez. In order to facilitate conference preparations, contractors must RSVP with the number of attendees no later than 72 hours prior to the start of the site visit.
