3 3 Project Annual Inspection and Drop Testing of 17 Overhead Fire Doors FY26-016607 General Information 1.0 Scope of Work Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals to inspect, test, reset, and document seventeen (17) overhead fire doors in accordance with IFC 705.2.6, NFPA 80, OSHA, and manufacturer requirements.
IFC 705.2.6 requires that horizontal and vertical sliding and rolling fire-resistance-rated openings (such as fire doors, fire-rated windows, or similar assemblies) be inspected and tested annually to confirm they operate properly and remain fully closed when required 4.0 Government Furnished The Government will provide facility access and available utilities (electricity, water) 5.0 Deliverables / Schedule Inspection report for each overhead fire door, including: • Pass/fail status • Deficiency list • Photographs • Certification of testing • Electronic PDF report provided within 5 business days • Date marking of inspection and drop test on each door 7.0 Contractor’s Key Personnel Minimum 2 years' experience with servicing and inspecting overhead fire doors.

Overhead Door Fire Inspection Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12444626Q0076 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Overhead Door Fire Inspection. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561790 The small business size standard is small. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
