This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAY26Q0131 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to outfit eight (8) fire emergency support vehicles that shall adhere to Region 5 and National Fire equipment standards. The vehicles include six (6) 2026 Ford 4X4 Pick Up Full Size Crew Cabs and two (2) 2026 Ford Expeditions needing similar work to be outfitted as emergency vehicles. Additionally, vehicles may vary depending on the components that need to be installed. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336211 The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
