This project covers the removal of the existing heating unit and installation of a new, high-efficiency (AFUE rating of 95% or more) natural gas furnace to provide reliable heating for the 2851 sq. ft. warehouse/shop building. The work will include all necessary labor, materials, and testing to ensure safe and optimal operation. Removal and disposal will be off-site by contractor. Pictures are in attachment. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable codes, and standards (OSHA, NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE). * The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to construct the project atoutlined instatement of work and detailed in the specifications, drawings, and plans attached hereto. * The estimated value of this project is less than $35,000. * This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 238220. Quotes are due by 2:00 p.m. ET on September 17, 2026. Quotes shall be submitted by email to Bobby Copenny, II, Contract Specialist, at bobby.copenny@usda.gov.
