This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0058 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for performance of an Initial Areawide Market Analysis for Mississippi and subsequent annual AWMA recertifications or AWMA amendments for each following FY not to exceed 4 additional years. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 531320 The small business size standard is $9.5 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotes in response to the RFQ must be e-mailed to tamara.sawyer@usda.gov and oksana.strekha@usda.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST on September 10, 2026. The e-mail subject line should read: Quotation 12FPC426Q0058, AWMA - NRCS Mississippi Quotes must contain the name, phone number, and e-mail address of the individual to be contacted concerning any matter related to the solicitation. Quotes are to be inclusive of all costs to perform the work required as outlined in the SOW.
