Purpose The purpose of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to outline the requirements for architectural and engineering (A/E) design services to renovate and modernize the Defense Nuclear Weapons School (DNWS) Nuclear Weapons Instructional Museum (NWIM), a government-owned facility operated by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and Defense Nuclear Weapons School (DNWS) are seeking experienced architecture and engineering services to modernize the Nuclear Weapons Instructional Museum (NWIM) at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. The facility serves as a classified museum preserving the history and development of the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile and is used as a key instructional and training resource.
