140FC226Q0047 FWS (i) Is for supplies, other than commercially available off-the-shelf items, acquired outside the United States, or services to be performed outside the United States; and (ii) Has an estimated value that exceeds $700,000. (2) The Contractor must maintain a compliance plan during the performance of the contract that is appropriate— (i) To the size and complexity of the contract; and (ii) To the nature and scope of the activities to be performed for the Government, including the number of non-United States citizens expected to be employed and the risk that the contract or subcontract will involve services or supplies susceptible to trafficking in persons. Scope

This event is encouraged but not mandatory. Site visit is scheduled for Monday Aug 31, 2026, at 9AM local time. Please look at Site Visit clause for full details. Questions related to this solicitation are due September 4, 2026, at 1100 Central Time. All questions must be submitted in writing to elvia_arellano@ios.doi.gov. Questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation; if no questions are received, no amendment will be posted. Questions received after the deadline will not be accepted. QUOTES ARE DUE BY THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 10, 2026, AT 1100 CENTRAL TIME. Quotes must be submitted via email to elvia_arellano@ios.doi.gov. Past performance will be evaluated, see sections L & M in Provisions and Clauses attachment.
