Ridgefield NWR HVAC Maintenance Please read the entire Request for Offers (RFO) and all attachments prior to submitting an offer. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract and a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the Government. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best overall value to the Government in accordance with the evaluation information included with this solicitation. This solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. Solicitation number 140FS126Q0195 is for HVAC maintenance at Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge, Washington. The applicable NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a size standard of $19 million. The PSC is J045, Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Plumbing, Heating, and Waste Disposal Equipment. The requirement is for HVAC maintenance of the Headquarters and Community Nature Center at 28908 NW Main Avenue, Ridgefield, WA 98642, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete the work. Period of Performance: October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods through September 30, 2031. A site visit will be available on September 8, 2026.
