This solicitation, 140FS126Q0196, is issued under RFO FAR Part 12 for grounds maintenance and irrigation services at the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters site, 28908 NW Main Avenue, Ridgefield, WA 98642. Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 561730 - Landscaping Services, and PSC S208 - Housekeeping - Landscaping/Groundskeeping. Period of Performance: October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods through September 30, 2031. Submit a completed and signed SF 1449, acknowledge any amendments, and provide the completed Bid Schedule with pricing for all CLINs. Submit brief technical information demonstrating capability and approach to perform the landscaping and irrigation services, relevant experience performing grounds maintenance services of similar size and complexity, and proof of any licenses, certifications, or registrations required for the work. Include your SAM.gov Unique Entity ID and valid email address. Offerors must have active SAM registration with no exclusions. NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS: If subcontractors will perform on this project, the prime contractor shall, upon request, provide subcontractor company names, supervisor names, telephone numbers, and valid email addresses.
