BLM-NM RFO COMANCHE OXBOW FENCING This solicitation is being amended to reopened to change the set aside to 100% Total Small Business due to original set-aside resulting in no responses, post it to open market (SAM.gov), update terms and conditions, adding attachments and extend the due date. All questions are due by September 2, 2026 1200 MD. This is a solicitation announcement for fence installation located at the Bureau of Land Management RFO COMANCHE OXBOW, Chaves County, New Mexico near Roswell, NM. 1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove existing fence and construct approximately 1.2 miles of four strand barbed wire fence according to all Specifications, Drawings, Maps, and Work Data Sheets. Vehicle access is permitted within 15 feet of each side of the fence. Minimal clearing is required; brush and trees needing removal must be cut at ground level and placed 10'15 feet from the fence line. Equipment must be cleaned of soil and vegetation before arriving on site and between work locations to prevent spreading noxious or invasive weeds. The contractor shall submit a written work schedule.
