The contractor shall provide a proposed schedule of work for the entire project.
Performance information shall be used for both responsibility determinations and as an evaluation factor to assure the government is receiving the best value.
The offeror is cautioned that the listed provisions may include blocks that must be completed by the offeror and submitted with its quotation or offer.
