Evaluation

Overall Technical Acceptability Rating – If an offeror is found “Technically Acceptable” in both Factor 1 and Factor 2 the offeror will be found “Technically Acceptable” and will move on to lowest price evaluation.

Submission

However, if requested to do so by the Contracting Officer, the apparent successful offeror agrees to promptly submit the complete original signed proposal. (f) Refer to Instruction to Offerors – Section (c) for electronic submission requirements.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park (FRSP), Woodford, Virgina ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000.
