NICO Interpretive Waysides and Walk Improvements This is a Request for Quote for construction work at Nicodemus National Historic Site in Bogue, Kansas. The resulting award will be firm fixed price. The complete specifications, provisions, and clauses are available at www.sam.gov. Please replace any mention of "substantial completion" with "final completion" throughout the entire specification document. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $20,000 to $40,000 Payment Protection/Bonds: Quotes between $35k and $150,000 require either a Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit NAICS: 237310 Notice of Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business set-aside Period of Performance: 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed Site Visit: A site visit is highly encouraged. Please see 52.236-27 for specific guidance. Offerors are to refer to the complete solicitation package for full terms and conditions. The complete solicitation package includes the posting on sam.gov, all attachments, and any amendments which may be posted during the solicitation. Attachments included Project Specifications Construction Drawings Submittal List Current Construction Wage Determination Technical Questionnaire Questions: All questions shall be submitted in writing to james_bissaillon@ios.doi.gov. All questions must be submitted via email no later than one day after the scheduled site visit to allow time for answers.
