This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R4026Q0152 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Over hall Effective Jul 2026. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. They may be accessed in full text at the following websites: https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul and https://www.acquisition.gov/diar. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332992 with an associated small business size standard of 1,300 Employees. This requirement is being solicited as a Brand-Name or Equal total small business set a-side. This solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of Brand Name products; Ultimate Training Munitions (UTM) simulation rounds, as well as brand name or equivalent personal protective equipment. See the attached SF18 Solicitation (140R4026Q0152 - Simulation Ammunition and PPE) for all of the specifications and quantities along with the submission requirements for this opportunity. Total price shall be inclusive of all applicable fees and taxes. The required delivery date is requested for no later than 120 Days after award. Inspection and acceptance will be performed by the Government at destination. FOB Destination. Written, signed quotes are due no later than 09/08/2026 by 11:00PM Mountain Daylight Time by email to aaron_valdez@ios.doi.gov.
