The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B50726Q00000032, for the requirement of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - EGGS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-07. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999, which contains a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 500 employees for small business concerns. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being specified as 13 weekly Tuesday egg deliveries beginning OCTOBER 06, 2026, and ending DECEMBER 29, 2026. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, OK 73036, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation based on price. Payments will be made via Government Purchase Card for awards at or below $15,000.00. Awards that are over $15,000.00 will be written as purchase orders and payable by EFT. Invoice(s) are to be sent to the address listed on block 18a of the SF-1449, attention to: FCI El Reno Business Office. The solicitation will be made available on or about AUGUST 26, 2026, and will be posted to the General Services Administration website www.beta.sam.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is SEPTEMBER 09 , 2026. Faith-based organizations and Community-based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
