(2) The Contractor shall maintain a compliance plan during the performance of the contract that is appropriate— (i) To the size and complexity of the contract; and (ii) To the nature and scope of the activities to be performed for the Government, including the number of non-United States citizens expected to be employed and the risk that the contract or subcontract will involve services or supplies suspectible to trafficking in persons. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Dough Sheeter. Brand Name or Equal to RONDO DOUGH SHEETER MODEL SSO 687C. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238290; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The contract type is a firm-fixed price.
