1.5.8 Non-Disclosure Requirements Performance under this contract may require the Contractor to access data and information proprietary to a Government agency, another Government Contractor, or of such nature that its dissemination or use other than as specified in this work statement would be averse to the interests of the Government or others.

Scope

(i) Is for supplies, other than commercially available off-the-shelf items, acquired outside the United States, or services to be performed outside the United States; and (ii) Has an estimated value that exceeds $700,000. (2) The Contractor shall maintain a compliance plan during the performance of the contract that is appropriate-- (i) To the size and complexity of the contract; and (ii) To the nature and scope of the activities to be performed for the Government, including the number of non-United States citizens expected to be employed and the risk that the contract or subcontract will involve services or supplies susceptible to trafficking in persons. (3) Minimum requirements.

This is a small business set aside with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code anticipated for this requirement is: 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and make award without conducting discussions. Therefore,Quoters are encouraged to submit their best technical and pricing terms in their initial quotation. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if determined necessary by the Contracting Officer. Please refer to the SF 1449 - Instructions to Quoter for submission instructions. Questions shall be submitted on Attachment 4 and due by 7 Aug 26 no later than 2:00pm EST Submission of Quotes due by 28 Aug 26 no later than 11:00am EST The FBI does not intend to reimburse recipients for any costs incurred in preparing a quote.
