B.21 ADDITIONAL OR OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS 15F06726R0000194 Page 15 of 75 The Contractor shall not provide or invoice the Government for additional equipment, accessories, enhancements, services, or other items that are not required by the contract or expressly ordered by an authorized Contracting Officer.

Scope

The Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer promptly of any suspension, withdrawal, expiration without renewal, material reduction in certified scope, change in the certified legal entity, or other condition that may affect continued compliance with the ISO 9001 requirement.

Deliverables

4.3 Monthly Status Reporting and Program Logs During active delivery-order performance, the Contractor shall provide a concise monthly status report addressing accomplishments, upcoming milestones, schedule status, material technical or quality issues, long- lead and supplier status, risks and mitigation, Government decisions or information needed, open action items, and anticipated delivery impacts.

15F06726R0000194/0001 Page 47 of 70 (1) The Government intends to award a contract or contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposal(s) represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the factors and subfactors in the solicitation. (2) The Government may reject any or all proposals if such action is in the Government's interest. (3) The Government may waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received. (4) The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)).

Amendment 0002 The purpose for Amendment 0002 is to change the time offers are due from 2 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) to 8 a.m. ET and the due date to September 15th, 2026. Any submission received after September 15th, 2026 at 8 a.m Eastern Time (ET) will not be eligible for award. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Tier II Mobile Command Post Vehicle (MCPV) systems. The purpose of this acquisition is to establish a contract vehicle for the design, engineering, manufacturing, integration, testing, and production of trailer-based mobile command post systems capable of supporting FBI command, control, communications, and computer (C4) operations. The Tier II MCPV requirement consists of a custom-integrated gooseneck trailer system and, when ordered, a compatible Class 4 prime hauler vehicle. The MCPV Trailer shall provide a mobile operational environment supporting mission communications, networking, workspace, power generation and distribution, environmental control, equipment racks, audio/visual capabilities, RF and satellite connectivity provisions, security systems, and integration of Government-furnished and Contractor-furnished mission equipment. The contract will include a First Article requirement. The Contractor shall design, manufacture, integrate, test, and obtain Government approval of an initial MCPV Trailer configuration prior to production quantities. The approved First Article configuration will establish the production baseline for subsequent MCPV Trailer systems. The Government anticipates ordering approximately thirteen (13) MCPV trailer systems and associated prime hauler vehicles over the contract ordering period; however, the Government guarantees only the minimum contract obligation identified in the solicitation. The maximum contract value shall not exceed $15,000,000.00.
