The Contractor has ensured that any sub-contractors, including proofreading services, comply with the security requirements of the contract and have been approved by the Government.

Scope

The requirements set forth in the preceding paragraphs of this clause apply to all subcontractors and CSPs who perform work in connection with the contract, including any CSP providing services for any other CSP under the contract, and the Contractor shall flow down this clause to all subcontractors and CSPs performing under this contract.
