The policy shall also quote separately the following: DBA at $0.00 / $100 of each individual’s fee EME at $0.00 / 12-month coverage per individual H.9 MEDICAL CLEARANCE (a) The Contractor is required to obtain a medical clearance from the Office of Medical Services at the Department of State for all personnel it intends to deploy to a foreign assignment if: (1) The individual is at an overseas post for longer than 30 consecutive days; and (2) The individual is covered under a parent agency-sponsored membership in Interagency Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS); and (3) The individual has medical insurance to include medical evacuation coverage, which is a requirement for contractor staff. (b) Contractor personnel who meet all of the above criteria must have a medical clearance from the Office of Medical Services prior to deployment.

Scope

Inspection will consist of an examination of the deliverable(s) and/or services for (1) compliance with the statement of work and/or other TO or TGL specific requirements, (2) thoroughness with respect to scope or content, and (3) quality with respect to the standards set forth in Section C, the individual task order, or the TGL.

The U.S. Department of Justice intends to award a single Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract using the procedures of FAR Part 15 to provide worldwide administrative, logistical, technical, professional, and program management services in support of the International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) and the Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT). Performance under the resulting contract will occur predominantly at overseas locations, including austere and geopolitically sensitive environments, with a limited portion of the work performed within the United States. The contract will have an estimated ceiling of $500,000,000 and will include a three-month transition period, two-year base period, and five one-year option periods. Task orders may be issued on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Time-and-Materials (T&M), or other authorized basis as specified in the solicitation. The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible Offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government using the tradeoff process described in FAR Part 15. The solicitation includes detailed proposal preparation instructions, evaluation factors, security requirements, and ordering procedures. A valid Top Secret Facility Clearance at the time of proposal submission is required. The solicitation, attachments, and any amendments will be available through SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for updates and amendments.
