The project includes mobilization, traffic control, removal and replacement of the existing expansion joint, repair of deteriorated concrete, roadway restoration, disposal of construction debris, and final cleanup. These repairs are necessary to restore movement between the roadway and stoplog structure, reduce continued deterioration, and maintain a safe and serviceable bridge approach. See attachments Standard Form 1442 will be added by amendment. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete Country Club West Stoplog Rehabilitation.
