This is an unrestricted commercial service acquisition for rehabilitation of the Trojan UV3000 Plus system at NIWTP, Rio Rico, Arizona. NAICS 333310, PSC 4630. The Government intends to award one firm fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer provides the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors, in descending order of importance: Factor 1. Technical Capability Factor 2. Past Performance Factor 3. Price DOL Wage Determination 2015 5481 applies. No bid guarantee, performance bond, or payment bond is required. See Section L & M for Submission Instructions and Section M Evaluation Factors for Award. Please see SOW attached.
