The purpose of this firm fixed price purchase order is to procure lodging accommodation and functional services per Continuation to support the DUCC Event - by DEA, U.S. Embassy Jakarta, in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, January 2026. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: A. 1. SF-1449, 2. Section I, Pricing, 3. Section 5 Representations and Certifications, 4. Additional information as required in Section 3: B. List of clients over past 3 years, evidence that offeror operates and estabilished business with permanent address and license and permit by local law, Detail information of proposed room name, layout, lodging accomodation to include safety and emergency exit and any related information, and Insurance requirement (BPJS TK or BPJS TKBPU). The offeror shall submit the complete offer to the address indicated at Block 9, if mailed or hand delivered, of SF-1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order (page1). Any deviation, exceptions, or conditional assumptions taken with respect to any of the instructions or requirements of this solicitation shall be identified and explained/justified in the appropriate volume of the offer.
