Solicitation Amendment 0001 is issued to change the Site Visit date in Subsection L.6(b) to Thursday, August 13, 2026. OPTIONAL VIRTUAL SITE VISIT ACCESS: The Government will provide a Microsoft Teams connection for interested parties who wish to participate virtually in the optional Site Visit scheduled for August 13, 2026 at 1000hrs local time at U.S. Embassy Kolonia, Pohnpei, FSM. The physical Site Visit will proceed as described in Subsection L.6(b) of the RFQ. As with the physical Site Visit, virtual participation is provided as a courtesy and is not required to submit a quotation. Interested parties are not required to register in advance to participate virtually but are requested to provide their name, company name, and email address upon joining the meeting.
