Details are provided in the next pages. ___________________________________________________________ The United States Embassy in Tegucigalpa is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Physical Messaging Campaign Development and Execution. The Contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, material, transportation, equipment, and services, required under this contract to conduct Physical Messaging Campaign Development and Execution to publicize safe, official repatriation mechanisms in target communities across Honduras. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, and profit. In consideration of satisfactory performance of all scheduled services required under this contract, the Government will pay the Contractor a firm-fixed price for performing the following Physical Messaging Campaign. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price type contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
