Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 19PM0726Q0025 issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC Number/Effective Date: FAC 2026-01 March 13, 2026. F.O.B. Destination: U.S. Embassy Panama City, Building, Ave. 783 Demetrio Basilio Lakas, Clayton, Panama City, Rep. of Panama. DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). Delivery date: Not more than 120 days after the award. Warranty: No less than one (1) year warranty. Specifications/ datasheet: Offerors must present catalog and specifications of the equipment offered, including accessories. New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. Items never used and not altered in any way. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
