The U.S. Embassy Caracas has a requirement to purchase Audio and Video Equipment for PDS Studio. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 19VE3026Q0012 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 March 13, 2026. System for Award Management (SAM) Registration: In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and FAR 52.204-13, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov, at the time of offer submission and at the time of contract award.
