(2) If a report must be submitted to a contracting office, the Contractor shall submit the report as follows: (i) If a Department of Defense contracting office, the Contractor shall report to the website at https://dibnet.dod.mil. (ii) For all other contracting offices, the Contractor shall report to the Contracting Officer. (iii) For indefinite delivery contracts, the Contractor shall report to both the contracting office for the indefinite delivery contract and the contracting office for any affected order. (3) If the report provided does not contain any of the information required by paragraph (h)(1) of this clause, and the contractor later discovers new information that is required by paragraph (h)(1) of this clause, then the contractor shall submit a subsequent report within 72 hours of discovering the new information. (4) The contractor shall also report the information in paragraph (h)(1) if the contractor wishes to ask for a waiver of the requirements of a new FASCSA order being applied through modification. (i) New FASCSA orders report.

Deliverables

DescriptionINTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single firm-fixed-price contract for the design-bid-build EHRM Data Cetner Upgrades Construction project at the Ralph H Johnson VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Charleston, SC. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Charleston VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision and perform all work necessary to complete the EHRM Data Center Construction project as required by drawings and specifications. The contractor will provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete work for project 534-24-706, Data Center Upgrades per the provided drawings, specifications, and this statement of work. Work will consist of demolition and renovation of an approximate 1,000 GSF of B200 Computer Room and associated HVAC equipment on the roof. An addition, it will consist of infrastructure upgrades within main computer room. Reconfiguration to maximum space efficiencies within the existing footprint, redundant power distribution, UPS, upgrade computer room cooling and distribution, replacement of aged equipment building, management system interfaces, fire protection, grounding and bonding, cable management, fiber and copper within data center, and raised floor modifications. ADMINISTRATIVE The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 million. The solicitation will be issued in late-July 2026. The period of performance is approximately 365 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. This notice is not a request for competitive offers.
