14.3.13 Cloud Service Use This section of the SOP provides the contractor requirements for the use of Cloud Computing Services in the fulfillment of contracts for CPS as defined in this SOP.
With respect to notification requirements in this Section, the Contractor may contact the Contracting Officer as to how to effectuate notice or obtain authorization from the applicable Senate Office. (g) The Contractor shall incorporate the terms of this Section in any agreement with subcontractors, third-party partners, and suppliers furnishing supplies or services under this Order.
