QUOTATION ORGANIZATION Volume Factor Page Limit Volume I Factor 1, Technical 25 Volume II Factor 2, Past Performance 10 Volume III Factor 3, Price Quote None Volume I/Factor 1 Technical Factor 1: Technical Capability: The offeror shall provide a technical approach clearly demonstrating how the Government's requirement will be met. (See Attachments A & 1-27) This section shall address: Sub-factor 1.1 Experience • The Offeror’s demonstrate a clear understanding of and ability to oversee and carry out, the objectives, scope, tasks and other requirements of the PWS and to perform at a level that meets or exceeds the BEP’s requirements for providing wastewater pretreatment and maintenance, support services. • The Offeror shall demonstrate the ability to provide the services required for the procurement of bulk chemicals, production of wiping solution, and the recycling of wiping solution at a level that meets or exceeds the BEP’s Quality Assurance requirements as noted in the PWS. • The Offeror shall demonstrate ability to provide services for wastewater pretreatment and maintenance, support services and emergency services (“Emergency services”) in support of the BEP’s Washington DC facility. • The contractor shall demonstrate its ability to provide Emergency services requested by authorized and designated BEP personnel wherein services are required of the Contractor to respond to an unplanned/ unscheduled event.
