(B) If EFT banking information is not required to be on the invoice, in order for the invoice to be a proper invoice, the Contractor shall have submitted correct EFT banking information in accordance with the applicable solicitation provision, contract clause (e.g., 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-System for Award Management, or 52.232-34, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Other Than System for Award Management), or applicable agency procedures. (C) EFT banking information is not required if the Government waived the requirement to pay by EFT. (2) Invoices will be handled in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act (31 U.S.C.3903) and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) prompt payment regulations at 5 CFR Part 1315. (3) For all invoices submitted, documentation supporting invoices should at a minimum include: (i) Provide conversion rate of foreign currency to US dollar on the last services rendered (copy of online currency conversion website). (ii) For port expense invoices, provide cover sheet to supporting documentation that states only those services for charterer’s account in the foreign currency and conversion to US dollar. (iii) Limit one port visit per invoice submission, multiple port visit invoices will be rejected. ^ (h) PATENT INDEMNITY

(e) The Government reserves the right to make award solely on the facsimile proposal.
