The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to purchase the TECAN Fluent 780 Automated Liquid Handler, along with all necessary components for full operational capability and installation from TECAN US, Inc, to be installed at VAMC Boston, MA. TECAN US. Inc, is the only company who can provide the system and installation that meets all the needs of VAMC Boston to maintain VA research compliance. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov.
