ONLY the current Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Multiple Award Construction Contract (NMACC III) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) POOL #1 UNRESTRICTED large contractors will be solicited for this project and may submit proposals.
