Notice description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941026QE027. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change 05/07/2026.
