The purpose of amendment 36C24226Q0690_1 is to correct SAM.gov's Offers Due date to match block 8. OFFER DUE DATE on the SF1449 for this RFQ. The correct due-date for offers is listed on the SF 1449 in block 8. Their are otherwise no changes to the RFQ or SF1449 as a result of this amendment. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8153 and VAAR 873. Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO2), on behalf of the James J. Peters VA Medical Center (JJP VAMC) in the Bronx, NY, has a need for one Full-Time Equivalent (1.0 FTE) interventional radiology (IR) physician to provide onsite and on-call nonpersonal healthcare services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The VA is anticipating procurement of these services from a contractor that can propose a minimum of four (4) board certified/board eligible IR physicians as key personnel to be credentialed & available for scheduling with JJP VAMC. The VA Radiology Services (and are accredited by ACR for Mammography) follow the standards of Abdominal/GU, Breast Imaging, Cardiovascular, General, Interventional, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology & guidelines set forth by American College of Radiology (ACR).
