(ii) For all other contracting offices, the Contractor shall report to the Contracting Officer. (iii) For indefinite delivery contracts, the Contractor shall report to both the contracting office for the indefinite delivery contract and the contracting office for any affected order. (3) If the report provided does not contain any of the information required by paragraph (h)(1) of this clause, and the contractor later discovers new information that is required by paragraph (h)(1) of this clause, then the contractor shall submit a subsequent report within 72 hours of discovering the new information. (4) The contractor shall also report the information in paragraph (h)(1) if the contractor wishes to ask for a waiver of the requirements of a new FASCSA order being applied through modification. (i) New FASCSA orders report. (1) During contract performance, the Contractor shall review SAM at least once every three months, or as advised by the Contracting Officer, to check for covered articles subject to FASCSA order(s), or for products or services produced by a source subject to FASCSA order(s) not currently identified under paragraph (e) of this clause. (2) If the Contractor identifies a new FASCSA order(s) that could impact their supply chain, then the Contractor shall conduct a reasonable inquiry to identify whether a covered article or product or service produced or provided by a source subject to the FASCSA order(s) was provided to the Government or used during contract performance.

Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ, number 36C24426Q0880 for Online Wellness Classes. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This Solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB only. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 713940 Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers, with a small business size standard of $17.5 million. The FSC/PSC is G003 Social Recreational. Complete instructions for submitting a response to this solicitation and applicable provisions and clauses are found in 36C24426Q0880. All offerors are advised to pay careful attention to the quote submission instructions as there are very specific instructions as what is required to be provided. The contract period of performance (POP) is anticipated to be 11/07/2026 through 11/06/2031. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Registration may be done online at: www.acquisition.gov or www.sam.gov. Contractor shall comply with all applicable wage & hour laws and is responsible for the correct wage titles. The following Wage Determination(s) are applicable. They can also be obtained online at: https://www.wdol.gov/. Wage determinations will be incorporated for the physical location where the work is being conducted. Quoter s are responsible for complying with the applicable wage determination where the place of performance is identified. Questions All questions must be received NLT 1:00PM ET, Thursday, September 03, 2026. All questions shall be sent in writing via email only to antonio.armstrong2@va.gov. Questions received after the above deadline will be addressed at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
