36C25226Q0643 001 This amendment is issued to establish two site visits and to extend the period for receipt of questions: The Department of Veterans Affairs will host two site visits on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM and Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM CDT. Attendees should arrive at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E. Veterans Street, Tomah WI 54660-3105 in the front of Building 400 (near the main entrance), and park in the Visitor Parking Lot. (Refer to Attachment 1 Tomah VAMC Campus Map for building location). The deadline for submitting questions regarding this solicitation is extended from Monday, August 31, 2026, at noon until Friday, September 4, 2026, at noon. This amendment does not alter the closing date of the solicitation. The closing date and time for submitting quotes is September 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time as stated in the original solicitation.

DescriptionTREE MANAGEMENT SERVICES The Tomah VA Medical Center Forest has significant historic, health and ecological value. Management and maintenance efforts are aimed at preserving these characteristics, promoting biodiversity, and ensuring the long-term health and safety of the forest ecosystem. The VA is seeking a contractor with the capability and capacity to perform comprehensive tree removal, trimming, tree health management, new tree planting, and long-term forest management planning to preserve the health and ecological value of the forest.
