The system quoted must be identified by brand name, if any, and make or model number. **Volume II** - **Letter of Authorized Distributor or Reseller** If the offeror is not an OEM, then the offeror shall submit a verifying authorization letter or other documents from the OEM consistent with the requirements of VAAR 852.212-71(c). **Verifying letter must be from the OEM**. **Volume III – Price** Price - The offeror shall complete the pricing schedule provided in Section (v) above: Price/Cost Schedule. **Volume IV – Past Performance** Offeror shall provide up to two recent and relevant past performance references attesting to contract performance (including contract numbers, amount of contract award, point of contact with email address, telephone numbers and other relevant information, and a description of product/work performed under the contract and how well they performed).

6. **ADDENDUM to RFO 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS—COMMERCIAL** Submission of quote shall include the following volumes:(**I) Technical capability or quality of the system offered to meet the Government requirement; (II) Letter of Authorized Distributor or Reseller; (III) Price; and (IV) Past Performance.** **Volume I - Technical capability or quality of the system offered to meet the Government requirement** The offeror shall submit specifications or brochures confirming the system meets or exceeds the salient functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation.
