BASIS FOR AWARD** This acquisition will use best value tradeoff source selection procedures in accordance with RFO Part 15, based on the best overall (i.e., best value) proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government with appropriate consideration given to the non-price and price factors. **1.4.

(2) The due date for receipt of offers will not be extended as a result of an offeror's request for a wage determination for a secondary site of the work.
