Fixtures and items included, but not limited to, are tubs/showers (including wall bases, surrounds, corner shelves, rods, faucets/valves, shower heads, safety bars, supply lines, etc.); toilets (including seats, flanges, risers, shut off valves, braided supply lines, etc.); vanities (including base cabinets, sinks, faucets, shut off valves, braided supply lines, 3-bulb vanity lights, etc.); vinyl flooring with base trim; wall wainscotting; medicine cabinets with mirrors; towel bars and soap dishes; one (1) each floor to ceiling end wall with metal studs and drywall; including joint compound, primer and paint, as required; and all other associated parts, pieces, hardware and materials required to properly install all the above listed items. The contractor will be required to provide all of the above listed items as well as all other tools, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the project in accordance with general industry standards, project drawings and the Statement of Work.
