Hardware Warranty (VISN Standard): New/replacement hardware added during PoP is covered under maintenance/response parameters and a 12-month warranty from Go-Live acceptance; factory-trained personnel shall perform service during warranty; software updates provided for life of product at no charge where applicable.
Security Documentation Submission Submit VA Form 6550 (MDS2), network topology, data-flow diagrams, encryption/FIPS documentation, TRM info, ERA/BAA, and initiate MOU/ISA.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements and must include relevant corporate experience along with the applicable contract number, total contract dollar amount, contract period of performance, details of the relevant services and customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and email address.
