The Contractor shall return such identification to the issuing agency at the earliest of any of the following, unless otherwise determined by the Government: (1) When no longer needed for contract performance. (2) Upon completion of the Contractor employee's employment. (3) Upon contract completion or termination. (c) The Contracting Officer may delay final payment under a contract if the Contractor fails to comply with these requirements. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Agency anticipates awarding multiple BPAs to provide Fire Protection Life Safety (FPLS) services for VA Healthcare Systems across the United States and its territories (nationwide). The current Performance Work Statement is attached for reference to this notice. PROCUREMENT INFORMATION: Task orders will be competed amongst the BPA awardees. Each task order will be firm-fixed price (FFP) and have its own period of performance established. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 (size standard $25.5 million). SUBMISSION INFORMATION: (see RFQ for complete details) Quotes must be submitted electronically via email only.
