Introduction In accordance with FAR Companion (FC) 10.001(c), this sources sought notice is for market research and information purposes only and is not to be construed as a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), nor will the VA pay for information requested. Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for the Construct New Radiation Oncology Building Minor construction project at the Lexington VA Health Care System (LVAHCS), Franklin R. Sousley Campus.
