Notice description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and has incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70LART26QPFB00024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Law Enforcement Vehicle Upfit and Integration Services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Driver and Firearms Training Division (DFT), Driver Training Branch (DTB) located in Artesia, NM. Note: This requirement is for the installation of Government Furnished Equipment only. No additional equipment is being purchased. Equipment list will be provided by request to interested vendors only. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received must be received electronically via email to the Contracting Officer, Michael Winstead, at michael.winstead@fletc.dhs.gov no later than 5:00 PM MDT on 08/31/2026 to allow adequate time to provide answers. All Q&As will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation on SAM.gov. All quotations must be received electronically via email to the Contracting Officer, Michael Winstead, at michael.winstead@fletc.dhs.gov no later than 2:00 PM MDT on 09/04/2026 to receive consideration.
