Scope

Subfactor 1B – Relevant Experience The Government will evaluate the relevance quoter’s experience performing regulated medical waste services similar in size, scope, and complexity to this requirement.

Deliverables

Emergency Regulated Medical Waste Services The Contractor shall provide emergency regulated medical waste removal services twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, including weekends and Federal holidays, for 36C25626Q0900 Page 10 of 11 emergency situations including, but not limited to, storms, facility damage, accidents, spills, or other unforeseen events requiring unscheduled regulated medical waste removal.

Evaluation

Evaluation is based solely on the specific elements listed. (b) The Government reserves the right to consider a quotation other than the lowest price that provides additional benefit(s).

Submission

Quoter must be registered in SBA VetCert and SAM at the time of quotation submission.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SBs must be listed to receive contract awards. SDVOSB must be registered on Small Business Association (SBA) https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ to be eligible for award. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Regulate Medical Waste Services. The Contractor shall provide Regulated Medical Waste and Disposal Services for the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozark and affiliated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics facilities in accordance with the Statement of Work. All questions must be submitted in writing via email only and no later than 1:00 P.M. CDT, 08/26/2024.
