For Federal Supply Schedules, Governmentwide acquisition contracts, multi-agency contracts or any other procurement instrument intended for use by multiple agencies, upon notification from the Contracting Officer, during the performance of the contract, the Contractor shall promptly make any necessary changes or modifications to remove any product or service produced or provided by a source that this clause prohibits. (h) General report. (1) If the Contractor identifies or is notified by any source, (including a subcontractor at any tier), that any product or service provided or used (or to be provided or used) during contract performance does not comply with any prohibition in this clause, then the Contractor shall report the following information, or as much information is known, in writing to the contracting office as identified in paragraph (h)(2) within 72 hours: (i) Contract number and order number, if applicable; (ii) The specific prohibition the product or service is not complying with; (iii) A description of the products or services that the Contractor identifies or has reason to suspect is prohibited (include brand; model number, such as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) number, manufacturer part number, or wholesaler number; and item description, as applicable); (iv) The entity that produced the product or service (include entity name, unique entity identifier, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) code, facilities responsible for design, fabrication, assembly, packaging, and test of the product, and whether the entity was the OEM or a distributor (provide manufacturer codes and distributor codes used for the product)); Sol.

Deliverables

The Project Schedule shall use the Critical Path Method (CPM) for the planning, scheduling and reporting of the work to be performed under the contract.

Evaluation

Evaluation of Offers – Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (1) The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposal(s) represents the best value from the selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price.

Submission

Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of any amendment to this RFP by the date and time specified in the amendment(s). (c) Submission, modification, revision, and withdrawal of proposals.(1)(i) Proposals and modifications to proposals shall be— (A) Submitted using the method and the format specified in the RFP; (B) Addressed to the office specified in the RFP; and (C) Showing the time and date specified for receipt, the RFP number, and the name and address of the offeror. (ii) Offerors using commercial carriers should ensure that the proposal is marked on the outermost wrapper with the information in paragraphs (c)(1)(i)(B) and (C) of this provision. (2) The first page of the proposal must show— (i) The RFP number; (ii) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror (and electronic address if available); (iii) A statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFP and agreement to furnish any or all items upon which prices are offered at the price set opposite each item; (iv) Names, titles, and telephone number (and electronic addresses if available) of persons authorized to negotiate on the offeror’s behalf with the Government in connection with this RFP; and (v) Name, title, and signature of person authorized to sign the proposal.

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, is soliciting proposals for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to construct a new 7-bay enclosed parking garage at the Piegan CBP Housing Complex, located at 5023 US Highway 89 N., Babb, MT 59411. The project includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, grading, utilities, concrete, asphalt paving, electrical work, framing, roofing, interior finishes, inspections, testing, and closeout. The facility will remain operational during construction, and the contractor shall coordinate all work with GSA and tenant agency representatives. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and will be awarded using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. The estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The period of performance is 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion required within 120 calendar days.
