The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has a requirement from the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) for the procurement of Plate Carrier Vests and Ballistic Helmets detailed on the attached RFQ Spreadsheet.. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) acquisition in support of Guatemala under FMS Case: ZB-B-WHG. The supplies being purchased are commercial products as Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).
